Register Your Pup

Because we are an open play daycare, for their health and safety, all pups must have current shot records, release forms and contact information on file before they can join the fun.
New pups are accepted according to availability.

REQUIRED VET RECORDS
  1. Current Shot Records: Rabies and DHLPP/C Bordetella within last (6) months
  2. Spay/Neuter Verification: all pups over (6) months.
     
Your vet can fax records to 214.426.5106.

NO CHAIN OR BUCKLE COLLARS, PLEASE!
For safety's sake, all pups must wear a "quick release" collar.

We will require a non-refundable deposit for all reservations for daycare or boarding unless cancelled at least 24-hours in advance.
