1. Your pet parent needs to fill out an Enrollment Form so we know about you.

2. They need to sign a Release Form. This is daycare for pups and it´s not any different than daycare for kids. Accidents may happen.

3. We´ll need proof that your rabies and DHLP-PC shots are current.

4. You have to have had a Bordetella (Kennel Cough) shot within the last 6 months.

5. You need to be spayed or neutered if you are over six months old.

6. You can´t be mean or aggressive or from an aggressive breed.
